The Role of a Privileged Access Management Engineer

Exequt is seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise PAM solutions. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires hands-on expertise with BeyondTrust and/or WALLIX PAM platforms to secure privileged accounts, sessions, and access across diverse customer environments. The engineer will collaborate closely with cybersecurity, IAM, infrastructure, Security Operations Center (SOC), and IT teams.

Core Responsibilities: PAM Implementation & Administration

• Design, implement, and administer BeyondTrust Password Safe / Privileged Remote Access and/or WALLIX Bastion.
• Configure privileged account discovery, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
• Manage password vaults, credential policies, rotation, and reconciliation.
• Implement privileged session management, monitoring, recording, and auditing.
• Configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), approval workflows, least-privilege controls, and Just-In-Time (JIT) access.
• Manage privileged access for administrators, vendors, contractors, and remote users across Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, network devices, security appliances, and cloud platforms.
• Configure application-to-application and service-account credential management.

Core Responsibilities: System Integration

• Integrate PAM solutions with Active Directory / LDAP, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and various identity providers.
• Integrate PAM with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)/SOC and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms, such as ServiceNow.
• Configure access via RDP, SSH, HTTPS, databases, and network devices.
• Support cloud/hybrid integrations and API-driven automation initiatives.

Work Location and Compensation

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Compensation for this role is structured on a performance-based model.
