PayTech Group is seeking a Product Manager Digital Banking to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position focused on driving innovation within the digital banking sector.

The Role: Product Manager Digital Banking

The Product Manager will lead banking product initiatives with a strong emphasis on cards and payments. This role involves managing product priorities comprehensively, from initial business case development through to successful delivery and ongoing performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product initiatives end-to-end, covering assessment, planning, implementation, and performance review.
• Develop comprehensive business cases, including detailed financial analysis and commercial assessment.
• Prepare clear, professional, management-level presentations and recommendations.
• Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to support delivery objectives.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous enhancement.
• Support product planning and decision-making through structured analysis and market insight.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to build robust financial and commercial business cases.
• Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry.
• Regional experience, including working in a fast-paced matrix organization.
• Candidates must meet applicable work authorization and client eligibility requirements in Saudi Arabia.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions.
• Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.
• An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
