About the Product Manager Role

topEngineer is seeking a Product Manager to support the end-to-end management of digital products. This role involves contributing to product strategy, market analysis, roadmap delivery, and performance improvement. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product outcomes that align with customer needs, business objectives, and company policies. This full-time position is based in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and refinement of product strategy and vision in alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight activities to identify trends, needs, and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to product positioning recommendations and strategic initiatives using relevant market and customer data.
• Support the maintenance of the product roadmap, priorities, and feature backlog in line with market demand, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Assist in defining, documenting, and prioritizing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Gather and analyze business, customer, and operational requirements to support effective product decisions.
• Translate validated needs into clear product requirements and collaborate with design and technical teams on feasible solution options.
• Support product delivery activities by tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, quality assurance, marketing, sales, and operations teams to support timely product releases.
• Monitor product performance indicators, including adoption, customer satisfaction, usage, and business outcomes.
• Support data-driven analysis to identify performance gaps, optimization opportunities, and improvement priorities.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, service insights, and user research findings to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain product documentation, including requirements, roadmaps, release notes, and decisions.
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in product management, product development, digital products, business analysis, or a related field.
• Professional certifications or training in product management, agile delivery, business analysis, or related disciplines are an advantage.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration

This role requires maintaining effective working relationships with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and relevant support functions. The Product Manager will provide regular updates on product progress, priorities, and risks, and facilitate discussions to ensure shared understanding across the product lifecycle.

Product Governance and Improvement

The Product Manager will support compliance with defined product management methodologies and governance requirements. This includes contributing to product reports, business cases, and iterative product improvements based on customer feedback and performance analysis to enhance the customer experience and product value.
