Neoleap is seeking a Product Owner Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to leading the planning, prioritization, and delivery of digital products. The role involves translating business strategy into a clear product vision and roadmap, ensuring technology solutions deliver measurable business value and an exceptional customer experience.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Product Owner Manager is responsible for defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall business goals. This position requires active management of the product backlog, ensuring priorities accurately reflect business value, customer needs, and strategic objectives while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead product discovery activities, including customer research, market analysis, and competitive assessments.
• Work closely with Agile development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements to support efficient development processes.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, and release planning activities.
• Manage product releases and ensure successful implementation while minimizing operational risks.
• Balance business priorities, technical constraints, and resource availability when making product decisions.
• Coordinate with UX/UI, architecture, testing, cybersecurity, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in product ownership or product management. A proven track record of managing digital products from conception to delivery within an Agile environment is required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements are essential.

Leadership and Stakeholder Management

This position requires building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across all levels. The Product Owner Manager will also lead, coach, and develop Product Owners and product team members, promoting high performance and adherence to Agile best practices within the team.

Continuous Improvement and Strategic Alignment

The role involves monitoring product performance using defined KPIs and recommending enhancements based on customer feedback and business insights. It drives continuous improvement of digital products by identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and enhanced user experience. Furthermore, the Product Owner Manager ensures compliance with organizational governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle, and stays informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer expectations to drive continuous product innovation. This includes preparing product status updates, roadmap progress reports, and executive presentations to support decision-making.
