We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in both B2B and B2C sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Drive B2B sales targeting corporate clients, fleet leasing, and long-term contracts.
- Oversee B2C sales including individual customer rentals through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor sales KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with operations, fleet, finance, and marketing teams.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Qualifications & Experience:- 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in car leasing, rental, automotive, fleet management, or related services.
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
