About Xebia and the Role

Xebia is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving product strategy and delivering customer-centric banking solutions within the retail banking sector. The role requires a strong focus on Cards (Credit/Debit) and Mortgage/Loan products.

Role Purpose and Focus

The Product Owner will be instrumental in defining business requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring alignment across various teams. This involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery squads to develop and enhance digital banking initiatives, specifically for card and loan products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for Cards and Mortgage products.
• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with business, operations, compliance, and technology teams to deliver digital banking initiatives.
• Drive product enhancements, process improvements, and customer experience initiatives.
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory, risk, and operational requirements.

Required Experience and Expertise

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience as a Product Owner. Essential for success is strong expertise in Retail Banking, with a proven track record in managing products related to Cards (Credit/Debit) and Mortgage/Loan portfolios.
