About the Role

KABSNT is seeking an experienced Production & Manufacturing Supervisor to manage daily production line operations at our facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring smooth manufacturing processes, upholding stringent quality standards, and providing leadership to a dedicated production workforce to achieve optimal productivity levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mixing, filling, and packaging operations within the factory.
• Ensure strict compliance with established quality standards and product specifications.
• Manage and provide training to a production workforce team of 10–20 individuals.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate effectively with the warehouse department.
• Document production processes and report any deviations from standard procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a total experience range of 5-10 years.
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems is considered an advantage.

Essential Skills

• Strong leadership capabilities to guide and motivate a production team.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing daily operations and schedules.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based within a dynamic factory setting in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The supervisor will directly oversee a team of 10-20 production personnel, requiring a hands-on approach to daily manufacturing operations and team management.
