About the Role

Role Summary

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing daily manufacturing activities to ensure operational efficiency, quality adherence, and target achievement. This role involves coordinating resources, implementing best practices, and maintaining compliance with company standards and safety regulations within a dynamic automotive production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
• Monitor quality standards and implement measures to reduce defects.
• Coordinate manpower and optimize machine utilization.
• Maintain accurate production reports and essential documentation.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices to enhance operational excellence.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Coordinate effectively with maintenance and quality assurance teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising production operations.
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma certification is preferred.
