Program Manager Role at SAUD CONSULT

Saudi Consulting Services - SAUD CONSULT is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to leading and overseeing a portfolio of strategic projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful delivery within established timelines and budgets.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Program Manager serves as a seasoned leader responsible for the end-to-end management, planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interrelated projects. This includes guiding project teams, coordinating cross-functional resources, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. The role ensures successful outcomes that meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and strategic goals, requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, decision-making, and risk mitigation capabilities.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the full program and project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Lead and manage project teams and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
• Manage stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve project issues.
• Monitor performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall project progress.
• Ensure all program activities align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in program and project management, preferably in complex, multi-project environments.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing project teams and overseeing the full project lifecycle.
• Strong experience in program planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMO, or equivalent project/program management certifications are required or highly preferred.
