Parsons is seeking a Project Design Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on infrastructure project delivery.

The Role

The Project Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion. This role involves significant coordination with various disciplines and stakeholders to maintain project progress and adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end infrastructure project delivery, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate and collaborate with all relevant disciplines, including engineering, design, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for internal and external review.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, codes, and client-specific requirements.
• Support procurement processes, contract administration, and change management activities.
• Facilitate meetings, resolve project issues, and drive decisions to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project design and delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex infrastructure projects.
