The Opportunity: Project Director

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate is seeking a Project Director to assume overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of major towers projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with project responsibilities extending to Makkah. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Hold overall responsibility for the successful delivery of towers projects in the Riyadh region, safeguarding time, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact with the client, consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders in the Riyadh region.
Lead and direct the entire site organization, including construction, engineering, safety, quality, procurement, planning, logistics, and administrative functions.
Liaise with local Riyadh authorities (municipality, Civil Defense, security agencies) and relevant project stakeholders to secure permits and approvals required for the project.
Chair project progress meetings, review critical path activities, and drive corrective actions for schedule or cost deviations.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, Saudi labor law, and applicable local regulations.
Manage project risk, resolve disputes, and make key strategic decisions at the site level.
Oversee resource planning and mobilization of site personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
Report project status, risks, and forecasts to executive management on a regular basis.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within major real estate development or construction. Beyond professional expertise, successful candidates are expected to demonstrate the following attributes:
