About the Role

Bavarian Capital is seeking a Project Management Associate to support the firm's ongoing collaboration with a Riyadh-based institutional partner. Role Responsibilities

Working closely with the leadership team, the Project Management Associate will maintain the order and steady progress of ongoing projects. This role acts as a central point for information, translating complex tasks into clear, actionable updates for the team. Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining project schedules and tracking the completion of key milestones for engagement with the partner.
Organizing and attending virtual meetings, ensuring participant preparedness and accurate recording of outcomes.
Updating internal documentation and progress reports to provide clear visibility into project status for senior management.
Coordinating administrative tasks between different departments to ensure alignment on shared institutional goals.
Assisting in the preparation of professional presentations and data summaries for external partners.
Monitoring project timelines to identify potential delays before they impact commitments or schedules.
Supporting the management of digital task systems to ensure team members have necessary information.

Candidate Profile and Experience

As a junior professional, the successful candidate will gain exposure to investment management strategies and learn foundational principles of project organization.
