About the Role

We are seeking experienced Project Management professionals to lead and support the successful delivery of software and ERP implementation projects. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, focuses on ensuring structured project execution, robust governance, accurate reporting, and aligned stakeholder expectations within regulated environments such as banking, government, and defense sectors. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end project delivery across Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ERP, SAP, and Oracle implementation phases.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain essential project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, meeting minutes, dashboards, status reports, approvals, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with business users, technical teams, QA, DevOps, SAP/Oracle consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Support or manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, release readiness, deployment, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Ensure compliance with delivery governance, documentation standards, audit readiness, security reviews, and client approval controls.
• Monitor project performance, budget, effort consumption, invoicing milestones, and delivery risks.
• Lead governance meetings, provide steering updates, manage escalations, and implement corrective actions as appropriate for the role's seniority.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, reporting quality, planning, estimation, and project governance practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, PMO, IT and software delivery, ERP, SAP, Oracle, enterprise application project delivery, software delivery support, ERP implementation support, or SAP/Oracle delivery support.
• Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, and ERP are preferred.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Project Management and Delivery Governance.
• Experience with SDLC, ERP, SAP, and Oracle delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong capabilities in RAID, Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management.
• Expertise in UAT, Defect Management, and Release Coordination.
• Skilled in Cutover Planning, Go-Live Readiness, and Hypercare Support.
• Effective Stakeholder, Vendor, and Client Management.
• Competence in Financial Tracking, Budget Awareness, and Forecasting.
• Experience with Executive Reporting, Dashboards, and Governance Documentation.
• Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of regulated delivery controls, including documentation, audit evidence, access control, and SAMA/NCA-oriented controls.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role operates within regulated environments requiring adherence to strict governance and compliance standards.
