The company is currently expanding its data and analytics practice and is seeking professionals to join a strategic data platform and business intelligence engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Role: Project Manager

Acuative Middle East is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic data platform and business intelligence engagement. This full-time role involves owning the project plan, budget, and governance cadence. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of coordination between Acuative's delivery team and client stakeholders, ensuring the engagement is delivered on time, on budget, and to the agreed quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across all phases of the engagement, from initiation through go-live and handover.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated project plan, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Identify, track, and actively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Own stakeholder communications and manage expectations across client and internal teams.
  • Chair project governance meetings, including steering committee and working-group sessions.
  • Produce regular, accurate status reports covering progress, milestones, risks, and financials.
  • Ensure delivery quality by coordinating reviews, acceptance criteria, and sign-off processes.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience delivering complex technology programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering data and/or analytics projects of similar scale and complexity.
  • Strong command of project governance, planning, budgeting, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience delivering projects in a consulting or systems-integration environment.
  • Familiarity with data platform, Lakehouse, or Business Intelligence (BI) delivery lifecycles.

Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting Acuative Middle East's strategic client engagements within its expanding data and analytics practice.
