The Role: Project Manager

Eventum Middle East is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position where the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning and execution of various events and exhibition projects, including live events, activations, and engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, timelines, and budgets for events and exhibitions.
Execute and coordinate internal teams and external partners involved in project delivery.
Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
Manage logistics, monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
Prepare comprehensive status reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes and client service delivery.
Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery, aligning with both client expectations and company objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within the events, exhibitions, or a related industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate multiple internal teams and external partners efficiently.

Work Environment and Location

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Riyadh. The Project Manager will work directly from the company's premises, engaging in direct collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure project success.
