Project Manager

About the Role

Al-Enjaz Company is seeking a distinguished Saudi national to join its team as a Project Manager. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading one of the company's significant road and infrastructure projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full supervision of the planning, execution, and delivery of project works, ensuring alignment with approved timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate directly with the project consultant, representatives from the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services, and other relevant government and service entities.
• Monitor achievement rates, implement quality control measures, ensure the application of occupational safety standards, and comply with Saudi Road Code specifications.
• Lead engineering and field teams, and manage follow-ups with subcontractors, periodic extracts, and contractual changes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Executive experience of no less than 15 years in managing road, bridge, and infrastructure projects.
• Approval as a Project Manager from the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services (SAR approval) is a basic and primary condition for this role.
• Professional registration with SAR at the Saudi Council of Engineers, holding either a Consultant or Professional degree.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time commitment within Al-Enjaz Company's project operations.
