The Role of Project Quality and Safety Managers Leader

ALSTOM Transmission & Distribution is seeking a Project Quality and Safety Managers Leader to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves driving excellence across various projects and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction through robust safety and quality protocols. The successful candidate will work within a team dedicated to shaping mobility standards with precision and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Quality and Safety within project teams, from the tender phase through to contract closure.
• Lead and coordinate multiple Project Quality and Safety Managers across various projects and regions.
• Ensure full compliance with Alstom Quality processes and continuously work to improve safety performance.
• Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys, audits, and consistent feedback analysis.
• Develop and implement robust Project Quality Management Plans to ensure effective risk mitigation.
