About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Projects Training and Change Management Expert to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and delivering training programs and leading change management initiatives for water and wastewater projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop training strategies, plans, and curricula tailored for project teams and stakeholders involved in water and wastewater projects.
Design and deliver training materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and job aids, to enhance project management skills.
Conduct training sessions and presentations to educate project team members on project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
Facilitate interactive training sessions to promote knowledge transfer and skill acquisition.
Lead change management initiatives to drive awareness, understanding, and acceptance of project-related changes.
Develop change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement tactics to support the adoption of new processes and systems.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing.
Develop and maintain a repository of training resources, FAQs, and user guides.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and change management interventions through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
Analyze training outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and training stakeholders to align training objectives with project goals.
Coordinate with internal and external training providers, vendors, and consultants for training delivery and content development.

Experience and Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in projects training and change management.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing training programs.
Proven ability to lead change management initiatives within an organizational context.
Experience in water and wastewater projects is preferred.

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The role involves working with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
