About the Role

Hill International (KSA) is seeking a Projects Training and Change Management Expert to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing training programs and leading change management initiatives for water and wastewater projects. The position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Develop training strategies, plans, and curricula specifically for project teams and stakeholders involved in water and wastewater projects.
Design and deliver comprehensive training materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and job aids, to enhance project management skills.
Conduct training sessions and presentations on project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
Lead change management initiatives to foster awareness, understanding, and acceptance of project-related changes within the organization.
Develop change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement tactics to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Maintain a repository of training resources, FAQs, and user guides for project-related information.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and change management interventions using feedback mechanisms, surveys, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and training stakeholders to align training objectives with project goals.
Coordinate with internal and external training providers, vendors, and consultants for training delivery and content development.

Required Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in projects training and change management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on critical water and wastewater projects. The role involves working collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.
