About the Role

Oxxi is seeking a Public Relations Officer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The role involves managing external communications and enhancing brand visibility for a premier luxury aesthetic and specialized micropigmentation center.

Oxxi's client is a luxury aesthetic and specialized micropigmentation center with over three decades of European heritage. The company has an established presence across the GCC, including a flagship clinic in Riyadh. They are known for pioneering semi-permanent makeup techniques, bespoke visagism, and advanced paramedical beauty solutions, serving a high-profile clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain relationships with local media, government entities, and key influencers in Riyadh to enhance brand visibility.
Develop and execute localized PR strategies that align with the brand's international reputation for excellence in aesthetic micropigmentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for external communications, ensuring the company's brand voice is accurately represented in the Saudi market.
Coordinate local events, partnerships, and press opportunities to support the client's growth and market positioning.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or in a similar role, preferably within the luxury beauty, aesthetics, or lifestyle sectors.
In-depth knowledge of the Riyadh market landscape, including cultural nuances and local business regulations.
Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to write compelling press releases and professional correspondence.
Strong networking capabilities and an existing contact base within Saudi media and government circles.
Ability to work independently as the primary representative for an international brand's local operations.
