QA/QC Engineer (Saudi National)

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing quality support for a key project, ensuring adherence to established quality management systems and standards. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Quality Systems support, utilizing the Parsons Quality Management System for process development, optimization, procedure creation, data collection, reporting, and training.
• Support client pre-bid, bid, or contract planning and preparation as directed.
• Establish project/program Quality Systems and audit schedules, conduct audits, and facilitate corrective actions.
• Perform independent audits across various areas to ensure compliance with QA/QC programs.
• Review documents, witness audited activities, prepare checklists, perform audits, and compile final reports.
• Analyze audit findings to assess program quality and identify trends.
• Promote a uniform Corrective Action/Preventive Action and Non-conformance tracking program.
• Ensure compliance with Parsons’ and Client quality requirements, and prepare project/program Quality manuals, plans, and procedures.
• Review and approve documents prepared by internal or external organizations.
• Provide support to management for quality activities interface.
• Perform statistical process control.
• Offer technical guidance to lower-level Quality personnel.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant quality assurance or quality control role.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage quality management systems.
• Experience in conducting audits and facilitating corrective actions.
