About the Role

The HR Game is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the Quality Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports the Head of Quality in implementing and maintaining quality standards and procedures across the factory. The position focuses on key areas such as inspection planning, non-conformities, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare technical inspection plans and quality criteria for new products and processes, coordinating with the Technical Office and Production teams.
Review technical drawings and specifications to identify critical inspection points prior to manufacturing.
Analyze Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), rejection, and rework data to identify recurring issues and determine their root causes.
Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to inspection and quality control.
Support technical investigations of complex or recurring complaints in coordination with Production and the Technical Office.
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness in the field.
Participate in the technical and quality evaluation of new suppliers before approval.
Prepare periodic analytical reports on quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including rejection rates, recurring defects, and closure times.
Provide field training to Quality Inspectors on new inspection standards and equipment when required.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a quality engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment. Experience with quality standards implementation, inspection planning, and root cause analysis is essential.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a factory setting and collaborating closely with production and technical teams to ensure quality standards are met.
