About the Role

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a Quality Manager to join its program management and PMCM team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires over 10 years of experience. The role involves driving program-wide quality assurance and compliance frameworks for a large-scale land and infrastructure development program.

Role Context and Leadership

In this position, you will provide program-level leadership, governance, coordination, and quality management oversight. Your responsibilities will encompass all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities across the program, ensuring integration and compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, regulatory standards, and client expectations to support the successful delivery of the development program.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Program Quality Management System (QMS), including procedures, standards, templates, governance, and reporting.
• Ensure consistent implementation of quality management practices and foster a culture of quality, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement across all program packages.
• Review and validate Quality Management Plans submitted by Lead Developers, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of QA/QC processes to ensure adherence to contractual requirements, specifications, engineering standards, and regulations.
• Oversee inspections, testing activities, quality records, performance indicators, and quality reporting throughout the program.
• Develop and execute the program-wide audit schedule, leading internal and external quality audits, surveillance, and compliance assessments.
• Track the timely closure of audit findings, non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management standards, driving continuous improvement and quality awareness initiatives.
• Lead quality review meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions with PMCM teams, Lead Developers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare executive quality dashboards, KPI reports, management summaries, compliance assessments, and recommendations for PMCM Management and the Client.
• Support risk management by identifying quality-related risks and promoting engineering excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess over 10 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of quality management systems, audit protocols, and compliance frameworks is essential. Experience in large-scale land and infrastructure development programs is highly desirable.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a program management and PMCM context, collaborating with various stakeholders including government entities, lead developers, consultants, and contractors.
