Quality System Engineer

About the Role

Midea Group is seeking a Quality System Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in quality management systems. The role focuses on establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company's quality management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the company's quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and other relevant standards.
• Prepare, revise, and maintain quality management system documents, including quality manuals, procedure documents, and work instructions.
• Organize and implement internal quality audits, and track the rectification of identified issues.
• Assist in organizing management review meetings and track the implementation of review decisions.
• Set the company's quality objectives, monitor their achievement, and analyze reasons for any deviations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the quality management system to enhance overall quality management levels.
• Organize quality management training to improve employee quality awareness and skills.
• Assist in responding to customer quality audits, prepare audit materials, and track the rectification of audit issues.
• Manage the company’s product SASO certification process, including product testing, addressing test issues, and liaising with certification bodies.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in quality system engineering or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of quality management principles and practices.
