About the Role

Future Beacon is seeking an R&D Production Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position with an anticipated start date in October 2026. The role involves overseeing research and development activities within a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage R&D production processes.
• Ensure efficient operation within pharmaceutical disciplines.
• Oversee production related to solids, liquids, and semi-solids.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar R&D production role.
• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical disciplines, including solids, liquids, and semi-solids.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a monthly salary of 15,000 SAR. Benefits include health insurance for the employee and all family members. All residence fees for the employee will be covered; fees for family members are to be covered by the employee.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring physical presence at the company's facilities.
