About Halian and the Opportunity

Halian, a provider of managed services, recruitment agency, and contract staffing solutions, is seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join its growing Contract Recruitment team. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on the technology market.

The 360 Recruitment Consultant Role

This role is a comprehensive 360 position, encompassing both business development and candidate delivery. The consultant will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying and securing new opportunities, sourcing and delivering qualified candidates, and managing the entire recruitment process from initiation to completion within the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing client relationships across the Saudi technology market.
• Secure new business and identify contract recruitment opportunities.
• Source, qualify, and deliver high-quality IT/Tech candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy through to placement.
• Build strong candidate and client networks across the GCC region.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A few years' experience in IT/Tech recruitment, ideally with exposure to the GCC market.
• Demonstrated experience across both business development and candidate delivery functions.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven relationship-building skills.
• A good understanding of the technology recruitment market.
• Ambitious, target-driven, and confident operating within a 360 recruitment environment.

Consideration for Sales Professionals

Halian is also interested in engaging with sales professionals from SaaS, IT, or Tech Sales backgrounds who are looking to transition into recruitment. Candidates should be commercially driven and possess a strong understanding of the technology market.

Location and Relocation Support

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For candidates currently residing in Dubai or the UAE and considering a move to Saudi Arabia, Halian can provide assistance with the relocation process to facilitate a smooth transition to Riyadh.
