About the Role

مجموعة المهيدب الاستثمارية is seeking a Recruitment Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the recruitment and talent acquisition process, ensuring the successful identification and onboarding of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all recruitment and talent acquisition activities from initiation to completion.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels.
• Screen applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Follow up on the hiring process, ensuring smooth progression.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role offers a salary range of SAR 1,875 - SAR 3,750.
