About the Role

AECOM Saudi Arabia is seeking a Reporting Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves developing and managing comprehensive reporting frameworks to monitor project performance and provide data-driven insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project reporting frameworks, templates, and governance processes.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level project performance reports, consolidating information from various teams including engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
Monitor project performance against approved baselines, milestones, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all reports.
Create and maintain management dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools, developing project KPI scorecards and performance indicators.
Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and performance gaps, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to project leadership.
Support project controls and planning teams in reporting schedule progress, forecast completion dates, and monitor cost performance, budget utilization, and expenditure trends.
Produce earned value reports and schedule performance metrics, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
Prepare presentations and executive summaries for senior management and client stakeholders, delivering concise and accurate reports on project health, risks, opportunities, and achievements.
Coordinate reporting requirements with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams, ensuring compliance with contractual and client reporting obligations.
Maintain project risk and issue dashboards, tracking key project risks, mitigation actions, change requests, and the status of project decisions and action items.
Report the impact of project changes on schedule, cost, and performance.
Liaise with project managers, planners, cost engineers, commercial teams, and functional leads to facilitate reporting meetings and performance review sessions.
Ensure consistent communication and information flow across project teams and support lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in project reporting and performance monitoring.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining management dashboards, particularly using Power BI and other reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, issues, and performance gaps from project data.
Experience in supporting schedule and cost reporting, including earned value analysis.
Demonstrated ability to prepare executive and client-facing reports and presentations.
Experience in risk, change, and issue reporting.
Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
