The Role of Reporting Specialist

The Reporting Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across projects, programs, or business functions. This involves transforming data into clear performance narratives, dashboards, reports, and decision-support materials for leadership and stakeholders. This is a part-time position based in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete reporting cycle, including data collection, validation, consolidation, analysis, narrative drafting, review management, and final report issuance.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports, dashboards, executive packs, committee materials, and stakeholder updates.
• Maintain consistent reporting templates, data definitions, calendars, submission trackers, and quality control checks across projects or functions.
• Evaluate schedule, cost, risk, change, progress, quality, HSE, and commercial inputs to identify trends, exceptions, dependencies, and escalation items.
• Collaborate with data owners to enhance reporting accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and alignment with agreed governance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes, automation, dashboards, data visualization, and management insight.
• Produce weekly and monthly project, program, or functional reports.
• Develop executive dashboards, performance summaries, management packs, and committee reports.
• Manage reporting calendars, data request trackers, issue logs, action trackers, and submission status reports.
• Perform data quality checks, variance commentary, trend analysis, and exception summaries.
• Contribute to improved templates, reporting procedures, dashboard enhancements, and lessons learned.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates must be KSA Nationals.
• Possess the necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Relevant work experience on high-value projects/programs for a project management consultancy business is required for immigration and client approval.
