About the Sales Representative Role at alfanar

alfanar is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves direct interaction with customers throughout the showroom sales process. The primary objective is to cultivate strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets in alignment with company plans.

Core Sales Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and deliver product presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing customers.
• Ensure consistent and proper follow-up with customers.
• Showcase showroom products and promote new offerings to enhance customer awareness.
• Support in the preparation of quotations based on customer needs and specifications.
• Follow up with customers through to the successful closure of deals.
• Assist in the process of collecting payments from customers.
• Execute invoicing procedures and monitor the delivery process.
• Achieve the assigned annual sales targets.

Internal Coordination and Professional Conduct

• Interact and coordinate with internal departments such as brand management and logistics as required.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve work objectives.
• Maintain effective communication with peers and managers.
• Demonstrate openness to directions and feedback.
• Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to schedules.
• Utilize resources efficiently to achieve objectives within defined cost and time parameters.
• Address and resolve any related issues that arise, escalating complex operational problems when necessary.
• Adhere to quality requirements and specifications for products, processes, and related activities.
• Comply with all defined policies, procedures, and work instructions for related tasks.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
