About the Role

Accor is seeking a Restaurant Host to join the team at Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Riyadh. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is open to Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience. The F&B Host/Hostess serves as the initial point of contact for guests visiting the hotel’s dining outlets, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival with a professional demeanor and genuine smile, using names when possible, particularly for Accor Live Limitless/ALL members and VIPs.
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus, introduce their server, and confirm comfortable seating.
• Efficiently manage restaurant floor flow and table distribution among service staff to prevent operational bottlenecks.
• Extend a polite farewell to departing guests, aiming for positive feedback.
• Handle all dining inquiries, bookings, and walk-ins using the restaurant management system (*, TableCheck, OpenTable, or SevenRooms).
• Optimize seating capacity by strategically planning table allocations for various meal periods and special events.
• Maintain an updated guest history database, noting dietary preferences, seating requests, allergies, and special occasions.
• Ensure the reception desk/host station remains pristine, organized, and elegant at all times.
• Collaborate closely with service and kitchen teams to communicate table changes, special guest requests, VIP arrivals, or dietary restrictions.
• Assist the service team during peak hours by clearing, presenting bills, or resetting tables as needed.
• Stay informed about daily specials, menu ingredients, hotel promotions, and operating hours across all hotel facilities.

Professional Standards and Compliance

• Adhere strictly to Mövenpick grooming, uniform, and presentation standards.
• Handle guest complaints or wait-time frustrations diplomatically and professionally, escalating issues to the Restaurant Manager when necessary.
• Support hotel localization goals (Saudization) by embodying authentic local hospitality and fostering a welcoming cultural environment.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in a hospitality or customer service role. This position requires a Saudi National.
