About the Role

Trivers is seeking a Risk Management Advisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by maintaining the company's competitive edge and fostering innovation, primarily through new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives within the region.
• Engage in daily proactive prospecting activities.
• Build and manage key client relationships.
• Develop and execute appropriate marketing and promotional efforts.
• Achieve growth targets and meet sales objectives.
• Set clear objectives for each client offering.
• Cultivate strong, lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and collaborating effectively.
• Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying informed about new products and competitor status.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of successful experience as a sales representative or sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Experience selling finance-related services is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to understand key financial indicators.
• Proven ability to communicate, deliver presentations, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels within target companies.
• Strong track record of driving the sales process from planning to successful closure.
