About the Role

The Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Room Service Manager to oversee daily operations for one of its hotel dining outlets. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses on delivering guest experiences and managing operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory control, cost management, and profitability.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, and contribute to marketing and budgeting efforts.
• Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the dining experience.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
• Recognize team achievements to build and retain a high-performing and engaged team.
• Implement marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotional initiatives to maximize food and beverage sales and profitability.
• Lead hiring efforts, conduct interviews, and train new team members to maintain service standards and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold guest and team member wellbeing.
