About the Safety Trainer Role

UCC Holding is seeking a Safety Trainer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for developing and delivering Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. The Safety Trainer will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture across all project sites and ensuring employees are competent and aware of safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct HSE induction and refresher training for staff and workers.
• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and safety manuals.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support site management in implementing safety campaigns and toolbox talks.
• Ensure training compliance records are maintained and up to date.

Academic and Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess a Diploma Degree in Occupational Safety & Health Tech or any relevant field. The role requires 5 to 10 years of experience in GCC Countries, specifically within high-rise and hotel construction projects.
