Godiva Chocolatier is seeking a Sales Associate to join its team in Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional service within our retail environment, contributing to a welcoming experience for all guests.

Role Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and assisting with food service. This role is vital in ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued, contributing to a positive and memorable experience at Godiva Chocolatier.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas, ensuring attention to quality and presentation.
• Accurately and efficiently take and process customer orders.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace and dining area.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in processing payments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist in the setup and cleaning of the dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a customer service role, such as a Sales Associate, barista, or waiter.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
