About Godiva Chocolatier and the Role

Godiva Chocolatier is seeking a Sales Associate to join its team in Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional service within our retail environment, contributing to a welcoming experience for all guests.

Role Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and assisting with food service. This role is vital in ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued, contributing to a positive and memorable experience at Godiva Chocolatier.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas, ensuring attention to quality and presentation.
Accurately and efficiently take and process customer orders.
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace and dining area.
Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in processing payments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Assist in the setup and cleaning of the dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a customer service role, such as a Sales Associate, barista, or waiter.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
