About OPSWAT

OPSWAT is currently experiencing significant growth and is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This is a full-time position for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on engaging prospective clients and building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, articulating the value of OPSWAT's offerings, and scheduling product demonstrations for Account Executives. This role is integral to generating qualified opportunities and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, qualify, and prospect inbound and outbound marketing leads through targeted initiatives.
Conduct initial discovery conversations to identify use cases and propose appropriate solutions, including additional OPSWAT products.
Educate and develop prospect leads, guiding them towards a hand-off to the sales team.
Document conversations and qualifications clearly in the CRM application.
Perform cold calling to prospects generated from various sources.
Identify key players and strategic accounts, research business requirements (BANT), and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
Set appointments for OPSWAT's sales team once a lead is qualified.
Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to engage with a field sales representative.
Drive attendance for webinars and arrange meetings for conferences.
Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM.
Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches.
Continuously develop expertise in all OPSWAT products and the cybersecurity industry.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proven success in business development and prospecting using core sales tools.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed sales team and peers.
Capability to uncover customer pain points and business needs, and correlate them with business solutions and value.
Strong and professional communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats.
Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals for an assigned territory or accounts.
Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables; acts proactively and contributes new ideas.
Contributes individually to team efforts and plays an integral part in fostering a positive team culture.
Possesses drive, grit, tenacity, optimism, intelligence, and a team-oriented approach, coupled with a desire to achieve and succeed.
