About the Opportunity

Nassli Smart Building, a division of Nassli Group, is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer – Smart Building Systems to join its team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving business growth within the smart building sector.

Role Overview

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for expanding the company's market presence and fostering client relationships by promoting a comprehensive range of smart building solutions. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and sales acumen to effectively engage with clients and develop tailored proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities within the smart building systems market.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals for prospective clients.
• Promoting a diverse portfolio of solutions, including KNX Automation, Lighting Control, BMS, GRMS, Central Battery Systems, Emergency Lighting, EV Charging, and ELV Systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in smart building, KNX, BMS, lighting control, or ELV systems.
• Demonstrated experience in a sales or business development role within the relevant industry.
• Possession of a Saudi driving licence is preferred for this position.

Essential Skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms and close deals effectively.
• Excellent presentation skills to articulate complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively.
