Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate specifications and timely product delivery.
• Provide technical support and resolve product-related inquiries for customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in both local and international markets.
• Participate in market research activities.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of pricing strategies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes and customer service.
