About the Sales Engineer Role

Wafi Group is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving the growth of high-performance fire-rated door solutions within the KSA construction market. The role requires a blend of technical acumen and business development skills.

Role Objectives and Contribution

The Sales Engineer will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets for specialized fire-rated door solutions. This involves proactive engagement with key stakeholders across the construction sector and ensuring efficient project delivery through close internal collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure commercial opportunities by engaging with main contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
• Promote specialized fire-rated door solutions to meet and exceed established pipeline and sales targets.
• Prepare precise technical submittals, competitive estimations, and formal commercial proposals.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with internal operations and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery and execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Deep understanding of the KSA construction sector, specifications, and local regulatory standards.
• A valid KSA driving license is highly preferred.
