About the Role

EPIC Trainings & Consultancy is seeking a Sales Executive to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are confident, energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and client communication. The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting professional training and consulting services.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to drive sales and lead generation for EPIC's range of professional training and consulting services. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, building relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from lead qualification to conversion, contributing directly to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce services.
• Promote professional training and consulting services effectively.
• Generate qualified leads and support the conversion of prospects into customers.
• Follow up with clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the company system.
• Achieve agreed sales and lead-generation targets consistently.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales and consulting teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Participate in customer meetings when required to support sales efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a sales or telemarketing role.
• Demonstrated confidence and energetic approach to client interaction.
• Proven target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Passion for sales and effective client communication.
• Ability to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
