About the Role

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on driving business growth within the IT solutions and technology sector across the Kingdom. The role is target-driven and involves generating business opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across the Saudi market.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective lead generation and account management.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle using CRM tools, from lead qualification to deal closure.
• Prepare and review proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, commercial submissions, and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop customer-centric technology solutions.
• Generate customer interactions and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across public and private sector organizations.
• Present technology solutions and articulate business value propositions effectively.
• Track sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and ensure timely progression of opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and networking engagements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience working with IT Services companies, System Integrators (SI), Managed Services Providers (MSP), or Technology Consulting firms is mandatory.
• Proven track record of solution selling within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Existing sales footprint and customer exposure across public and private sector organizations in KSA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and commercial processes.
• Experience in preparing proposals, RFPs, RFIs, commercial submissions, and executive presentations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.

Preferred Technical Exposure

Candidates should have exposure to one or more of the following technology domains:

• Cybersecurity & GRC solutions & services.
• Cloud Infrastructure and Managed Services.
• Oracle/Microsoft/Odoo ecosystem and enterprise applications.
• Digital Transformation and Enterprise Technology Services.

Work Environment and Application
