About the Role

Leylaty Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of its outside catering services in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on expanding the client base for social events, corporate functions, and high-end events within the region.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to lead business development initiatives, establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and formulate strategic plans to increase market share in the Riyadh catering sector. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities and promoting Leylaty Group's services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the outside catering sector.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and high-profile customers.
• Conduct client visits and presentations to promote catering services.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the KSA market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings based on client needs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the catering or hospitality industry. This role requires a professional who can strategically expand client relationships and market presence in Riyadh.
