About Foodsmith and the Sales Representative Role

The organization focuses on combining creative culinary concepts with a carefully designed ambiance to appeal to diverse guests. We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Summary

The Sales Representative plays a vital role in managing and optimizing Foodsmith's vending machine operations while fostering strong relationships with clients. This field-based position involves ensuring the proper functioning and performance of vending machines, monitoring stock, and coordinating with site representatives to meet sales objectives and maintain service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Regularly visit assigned vending machines to ensure they are operating correctly and efficiently.
Monitor product availability, arrangement, and the overall visual appearance of vending machines.
Track and analyze vending machine sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Identify low-performing machines and report observations to management.
Coordinate effectively with representatives at locations where vending machines are installed.
Report any technical issues promptly and follow up to ensure their timely resolution.
Monitor stock levels within machines and coordinate product replenishment as required.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with all site representatives.
Prepare and submit regular visit and sales performance reports.
Ensure all vending machines are consistently clean, organized, and properly stocked.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
Must possess a personal car for daily transportation between various vending machine locations.
Demonstrated presentable, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
Willingness to work extensively in the field and visit multiple locations on a daily basis.
0-1 years of experience in a relevant sales or field operations role.

Work Environment and Expectations

This position operates primarily in a field-based setting, requiring the Sales Representative to travel daily across Riyadh to manage a portfolio of vending machine locations. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and machine performance in diverse environments.
