About the Role

360Solutions is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves contributing to sales objectives by presenting products to customers, understanding their needs, providing suitable recommendations, and building strong customer relationships. The aim is to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, identify their needs, and present appropriate products.
Provide clear explanations of different types of oud and perfumes, including product features.
Achieve specified sales targets and improve sales performance.
Build strong and lasting relationships with customers.
Follow up on customers and sales opportunities, converting them into sales.
Maintain product arrangement and the appearance of the sales area.
Monitor inventory and products, coordinating with the team as needed.
Provide customer feedback and market needs to management.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Previous experience in oud or perfume sales.
Good knowledge of different types of oud and perfumes, with the ability to explain their differences.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively within a team.
Professional appearance and polite demeanor when interacting with customers.
Willingness to work according to approved working hours and shifts.
