About the Sales Specialist Account Growth Role

Fresha is seeking a Sales Specialist Account Growth to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving monetisation and revenue growth for the Fresha platform by building and nurturing relationships with existing partners. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to make an impact in a dynamic environment.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist Account Growth, you will be responsible for engaging with Fresha partners to educate them on the platform's value and drive increased monetization. You will work to convert partners to Fresha's payments solution and optimize their marketplace presence to maximize conversions. This role involves serving as a dedicated advisor, assisting partners with product adoption, and recommending suitable product selections based on their specific needs.

  • Meet key performance indicators related to monetization and revenue growth through proactive partner engagement.
  • Educate and convert partners to Fresha’s payments solution.
  • Optimize partner listing content and availability on the marketplace to increase conversions.
  • Serve as a dedicated advisor for a pool of partner accounts, guiding them through product adoption.
  • Advise partners on appropriate product selections based on their business requirements.
  • Build strong partner relationships through effective communication of Fresha's features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth partner transitions.
  • Provide product feedback to Product teams to contribute to future enhancements.
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess demonstrable experience in achieving commercial outcomes in a partner-facing role. A commercial mindset with the ability to adapt and meet targets is essential. Proven experience in using and analyzing data to improve commercial results is required. The ideal candidate will be naturally proactive, inquisitive, and eager to learn and improve.

Interview Process

The interview process is designed to be completed within two weeks and includes a 30-minute screen call with the Talent Team, a 45-minute video interview with the Hiring Manager, and a 75-minute video interview with the Hiring Team, which includes a presentation. All applications are reviewed manually, and while the aim is to provide feedback within 7 days, high volumes may occasionally extend this timeframe.
