About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP EC Consultant for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions, with a strong emphasis on Core HR and Time Management. The consultant will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Time Sheet modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, workflows, and business rules.
• Manage data models, XML configurations, and system setup.
• Support Story Reporting and HR analytics requirements.
• Participate in testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business, HR, and technical teams to deliver HR transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Core HR and Time Management solutions.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Sheet modules.
• Solid understanding of SuccessFactors configuration, data models, and reporting.

Location and Work Type

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates currently based in KSA (Saudi Arabia) or those with prior KSA project/work experience will be given preference during the selection process.
