About the Role

NES Global Talent is seeking a Section Head, Strategic Sourcing to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leading strategic sourcing initiatives and managing procurement activities within a dynamic environment. The role requires a professional with a strong background in supply chain and procurement to drive efficiency and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and executing strategic sourcing processes to optimize raw material procurement.
• Managing contracts effectively, ensuring compliance and favorable terms.
• Developing and nurturing strong supplier relationships to secure reliable supply chains.
• Leading and supervising a team within the procurement or supply chain function.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

Experience Profile

• A minimum of 6 to 12 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Category Management.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in raw materials procurement, contract management, supplier relationship management, and strategic sourcing.
• Experience within mining, metals, manufacturing, chemicals, or heavy industrial environments is preferred.
