About the Security Supervisor Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and the hotel facilities, contributing to a secure and welcoming environment through the warmth of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security patrols across interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and mitigate safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Coordinate and support responses to various incidents, including fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.
• Supervise, train, and schedule Security Guards/Officers, providing guidance to ensure high performance and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct preliminary investigations into security incidents, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Promote and enforce adherence to safety protocols and best practices among all team members.
• Step in to fulfill security officer responsibilities as needed to maintain operational coverage.
