The Role

Egis MESA is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to join its structures team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position is for a mid-level engineer who will contribute to technical design, team leadership, client engagement, and cross-disciplinary coordination. The role involves working on projects aimed at improving local communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and design for various transportation structures, including bridges, retaining walls, and box culverts.
• Utilize computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.
• Lead and manage projects, including the preparation of plans, reports, and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project goals and deliverables, ensuring effective communication throughout the design process.
• Act as a client liaison, attending meetings, presenting solutions, and building relationships with stakeholders.
• Work closely with transportation, environmental, and planning teams on multi-disciplinary projects to integrate structural solutions within broader project contexts.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience as a Bridge Engineer.
• Demonstrated technical design capabilities.
• Experience in team leadership and client engagement.
• Ability to coordinate across disciplines on complex projects.
