About the Role

TAWANTECH is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Corporate Banking to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves acting as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technology teams. The successful candidate will analyze business requirements, contribute to the design of banking solutions, and support digital transformation initiatives within the corporate banking sector.

Core Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from Corporate Banking stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business users.
• Translate business needs into detailed Functional Requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
• Perform Gap Analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend efficient business solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Development teams to design scalable banking solutions.
• Review proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in system integration analysis and solution design discussions, including support for API and interface requirement analysis.

Corporate Banking Domain Focus

This role requires analyzing and supporting business requirements specifically related to a range of Corporate Banking products, including:

• Corporate Accounts
• Corporate Payments
• Cash Management
• Liquidity Management

• Virtual Accounts

Project Delivery and Stakeholder Engagement

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Reviews.
• Prepare User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Support development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Manage requirements traceability.
• Participate in Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support production deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Work closely with Business Users, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, QA Teams, Vendors, and Project Managers.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Present business requirements and proposed solutions to key stakeholders.
• Ensure business expectations are aligned with delivered solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within Corporate Banking.
• Strong expertise in Corporate Banking products and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience delivering banking technology projects within Agile or Waterfall environments.
